In questo lavoro presento un progetto educativo e preventivo sul fenomeno del bullismo svolto con un gruppo di diciassette insegnanti che hanno esaminato il bullismo a partire da tre discipline artistiche: il Teatro, la Pittura e la Letteratura. L’esperienza descritta si iscrive all’interno del Campo Educativo di applicazione dell’Analisi Transazionale, per valorizzare la figura dell’insegnante in relazione con gli allievi coinvolti nel fenomeno del bullismo e come agente attivo di prevenzione e di cambiamento. Il contratto, la metodologia di lavoro, le aperture a nuove integrazioni, i risultati, sono attentamente descritti.

In this work I will present an educational and preventive project on the phenomenon of bullying, which was carried out by a group of seventeen teachers who examined bullying from three artistic disciplines: Theatre, Painting and Literature. The project can be considered part of the Educational Field of Transactional Analysis. It can also enhance the figure of the teacher in relation to the students involved in the phenomenon of bullying, as an active agent of prevention and change. The contract, the work methodology, the possibility of further studies, the results, are carefully described in this article
